Got my Christmas gift orders yesterday. Although USPS took forever to deliver this gift, Freedom Crafters did a BEAUTIFUL job on the order! I ordered the copper and it looks GORGEOUS! I cannot wait to give it to the person I purchased this for - they will LOVE it! Well worth the wait!! Only suggestion I have is to provide a choice of shipper!

Both were perfect! The only disappointment was the USPS & I paid $10 extra for Priority Mail. I signed up for E-mail notice tracking. They show label created on 12/11 in Orlando & I figure you took it to the Post Office pretty quickly. They were very slow getting it scanned in the system...not until 12/18 & sit at Seminole/Orlando Distribution center. Then E-mail said moving through system (but showed no movement) & would deliver 12/21. Come 12/21 said will not arrive as expected but said still moving through system, but tracking still showed at Dist Center. On 12/26 I received E-mail that said package arrived at Edmond, OK & it was delivered that day. One was for a gift & sure thought I had allowed enough time for it to arrive by Xmas.
