We start on your orders right away! As a part of our guarantee, we craft your unpowdered items within 72 hours from your date of ordering.

If you choose to have our team powder coat your piece in order to make it weatherproof and rust proof, it will require two additional days for the powdering and baking process so that it’s ready to hang when you get it.If we are not able to get you the unpowdered sign within the 72 hours, we will ship you the sign and refund you the price of the item! (Refund does not apply to shipping charges)

Please note that for us to turn it around, we need all of the correct information from you, including a correct shipping address and the specific name and color for the piece. The 72 hours will start once we have all of your correct information to make the designs exactly how you imagined it.

In addition, we do ship one package per order so if your order has a mix of powered and unpowdered items, it will all ship together once the powder coated pieces are complete. This is to reduce the shipping cost so that we can pass on the savings to our customers.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer International Shipping, however, this is an option that we will be looking into in the near-future.

At this time, we only offer Domestic Shipping within the United States. We CAN ship to Hawaii and Alaska.

All of our orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Shipping which is 2-5 days shipping. A tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail once your item is ready to be shipped. Please be sure to check your spam or trash folders for these as they sometimes get routed to those folders.

We recommend two ways of mounting our signs, with double sided tape or with our mounting kit. If you do not have tools or cannot put holes in your walls, the easiest way to hang your sign is to go get 3M extra strength double-sided tape. These can be purchased at any home improvement store like Home Depot or Lowes.

The best way that we’ve found to hang the signs is by using our magnetic mounting kit. The kit comes with screws and SUPER strong magnets that you will screw into your walls. Then you can just pop on the sign and it’s done!

Using our magnet kit is so simple and easy to use, so that if you have multiple signs for the different seasons or holidays or just like to switch up your décor, it is super easy to pull off one and stick on the other.

Please note that our mounting kits come in two sizes: the small mounting kit works well for our signs 12” and smaller and our large mounting kit works well for signs 15” and larger.
