In the extremely unlikely event that…

1 - If your unpowdered order is not processed under 72 hours, we will still ship out your order and refund you the cost of the sign.  If you choose to have our artisans powder coat your sign and to protect it from the elements, please add two days to your processing time.  Please note that the time starts the following business day after the placement of the order and we only count business days.  Family is everything to us so we spend our weekends and holidays with them.

2 - If your sign ever rusts or fades with our powder-coating within the next 10 years we’ll replace it entirely for free.  Just provide the order confirmation and pictures of the item and we'll send a replacement one out to you.

3 - If your sign does not make it to your doorstep in under 7 days once it’s processed, we’ll still ship your order and refund you 100%. No more late gifts.  Please note that we cannot control USPS and are not accountable for their delays, holidays or shipping issues.
